Delivery, return and payment terms

These delivery, return and payment terms are valid from August 4, 2022.

Online store

Havea Design Shop Oy (business ID: 2977484-3) sells products in the online store at:


Products are ordered in the online store by moving them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the online store checkout. Product prices include VAT. After a successful order, an order confirmation is sent to the customer's email.

Payment and payment methods

Havea Design Shop's payments are handled by Paytrail Oyj, Klarna Bank AB, PayPal and Stripe. Havea Design Shop does not see, process or store the payment information of its customers.

Paytrail payment methods

Paytrail is a secure payment method that hasPayment institution license issued by the Financial Supervisory Authority. The service is maintained by Paytrail Oyj (business ID number 2122839-7).

Bank charges:
Customers can use the payment buttons of all Finnish banks. In the online store, you can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POPpankki, Säästöpankki, S-Pank and Ålandsbanken.


Credit card payments:
In the online store, you can pay with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express cards. The international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services are used. Payment by card is made using a securely protected payment form and the payment card information is not stored in the online store's systems.


Mobile payment methods:
Mobile payment methods Pivo and MobilePay are services that work in the application, with which you can pay for online purchases as a bank transfer from an account or as a card payment from a card by accepting the payment in the respective application. Pivo also accepts Siirto payments, so you can accept the payment in any application that supports Siirto.


Invoice and installment services:
Invoicing and installment services via Paytrail are offered by OP, Collector and Jousto. The customer sees the specific terms and conditions of the financial company when accepting the payment. By accepting the payment, you also accept the finance company's terms and conditions.


Klarna payment methods

Klarna bill

Paying with a Klarna invoice is safe and easy:

  • Payment takes place only after the shipment arrives
  • The payment period is 14 days
  • Payment card information does not need to be provided
  • The invoice can be viewed at

Klarna offers consumers Buyer's Security, which means, for example, that the consumer does not have to pay for the ordered products before receiving them, and that Klarna helps the consumer in problem situations related to the purchase. More information about Klarna's Buyer Security here.

Klarna installment payment

With Klarna installment payments, the customer decides for himself at what pace he will pay for purchases (starting from 1/100 of the remaining amount, but at least EUR 5.00/month). This means that:

  • Payment takes place only after the shipment arrives
  • Payment card information does not need to be provided
  • The final amount can be paid off in one go

Klarna checks the customer's creditworthiness at the time of purchase, which may also mean checking credit information from the credit information service.

The creditor is Klarna Bank AB (publ), whose company ID is 556737-0431, address Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm. Klarna is a credit market company that is supervised by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.

PayPal payment methods

PayPal is the world's leading, secure online payment tool. With PayPal, payment is made by credit and debit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) or directly from the PayPal account. You can find more information about PayPal here.

Stripe payment methods

Stripe is a safe and easy payment method widely used internationally. Stripe acts as a payment intermediary for e-commerce payments. The payment is easy, it takes place on the website of the online store and there is no guidance to another service. When the customer pays with credit card payments offered by Stripe, he accepts Stripe terms. After the purchase, in addition to the order confirmation, a separate payment confirmation is sent to the customer's email, which comes directly from Stripe.

Delivery methods and costs

The delivery costs of the order are detailed on the delivery and payment method selection page of the online store. The delivery options in Finland are:

  • Postal parcel
  • Post Smartpost
  • Posti's Home Package
  • Matkahuolto parcel
  • Matkahuolto Home Package

For larger products we evaluate the shipping method on a case-by-case basis to achieve the best shipping method.

For orders going outside of Finland, the transport company is GLS Finland.

Basically, orders are delivered in one shipment. For packaging reasons, an order containing several products may in some cases be sent in several shipments, in which case a separate arrival notification will be issued for each incoming shipment.

Delivery time

Our selection includes products immediately available from stock as well as order products. For order products, the delivery time is marked separately for each product. If no delivery time is mentioned for the product, it is a stock product.

Our delivery time for stock products is 1-4 days to Finland and about a week outside of Finland.

The delivery time of ordered products is stated in the product description. As a rule, the delivery time for ordered products is about 2-4 weeks. In exceptional cases, the delivery of ordered products may be delayed for reasons beyond our control, in which case our customer service will contact the customer by email.

If the order contains both Stock products and order products, the order will be delivered when all the order products have arrived in our warehouse.

Returns from Finland:

The customer has a 100-day return right after receiving the shipment, the return is always free of charge.

Returns can be made easily according to the following instructions by using Posti's return code 670257 or Matkahuolto's return code 9554388:

  1. Pack the product to be returned in the original packaging or packaging similar to the original.
  2. When returning, include the shipping list that came with the order or a piece of paper with the name of the customer and the order number written on it (a handwritten note is perfect for this). You can easily find the order number in e.g. the order confirmation email you received.
  3. Take the return to a Posti or Matkahuolto office (not a mailbox). Inform at Posti's office return code: 670257 and at Matkahuolto's office return code: 9554388

We will return the money for a refund after receipt and processing. We recommend keeping the return receipt received from the post office.

Returns from outside Finland:

The customer has a right of return within 100 days after receiving the shipment. Returns made outside of Finland require a return notice to be made in advance by email to, from which instructions for making the return will be sent. The return notification can be made freely.

The customer is responsible for the costs of the return outside of Finland.

We will return the money for a refund after receipt and processing.

unclaimed package

Unclaimed/uncollected package is not the same as return. In Finland, the customer is always charged a one-time fee 15 € for unclaimed shipments. Posti stores packages at the office for 7 days. A possible extension of the storage period must be agreed separately with Posti by the customer. Shipping costs of 6.90 € will be charged for the possible resending of an unclaimed/uncollected package.

The customer is responsible for the costs of the unclaimed package outside of Finland.

Problem situations

If the product is lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately to

Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the shipment is damaged in the mail, the product must be immediately complained to the transport company.
